1. View attached teacher sheet to see if investigation is appropriate for your learners. It is strongly recommended you print out a copy of this sheet for reference.

2. Distribute one copy (in colour) of attached pupil sheet to each learner.

It may be briefly worth explaining what makes some houses more expensive than others before you begin the investigation.

Also there is a dual axis graph in question 2, you may want to display to pupils beforehand to emphasise that two different coloured lines will need to drawn relating to the different $y$-axis scales.
